Though the petitioner has moved an application before respondent No.2 on 20.12.2016 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Biharpur to Baikunthpur via Maharsop Kharharijor, Sanhat, Sundarpur Kharwat and one single trip daily, the application has remained pending without any decision.

Be that as it may, since no specific relief has been prayed for only it is prayed that to decide the application by one way or the other whether to grant or reject, if it has not been done by now, the authority is directed to decide the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
