1. The matter is heard through Video Conferencing.

2. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is directed against the order dated 20.03.2020 passed by the Special Judge (Atrocities Act), Raigarh, C.G. in connection with Crime No.41/2019, rejecting his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the offence punishable under Section 376(D) of Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, registered at Police Station Kapu, District Raigarh, C.G.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he does not want to prosecute this appeal and seeks to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
