Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30/11/2016 Heard.

1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the order of the Court, the petitioner has been allowed to continue in service and presently, she has remained posted in the office of District Education Officer, JanjgirChampa because the office from which she was terminated has been filled-up by another officer and in the same Institution, two Principals cannot be kept. The District Education Officer has already sent a memo to the Director after allowing the petitioner's appointment in his own office and as soon as instructions are received from the Director, appropriate place of posting would be provided to the petitioner.

-22. Having considered the submissions and memo dated 21.11.2016, at present, I am not inclined to proceed in the matter.

3. Rule is therefore discharged and the petition is finally disposed off.

4. In case the petitioner is not provided proper place of posting within a period of 30 days from the date of production of copy of this order, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive contempt petition.
