The petitioner has filed this petition seeking compliance of order dated 15.07.2014, by which the petitioner was transferred. 2.

It appears that the transfer order, which was passed way back on 15.07.2014 has not been implemented by the petitioner and the petitioner has completely remained indolent and has chosen to file the petition for compliance of the transfer order after more than two years. Therefore, in these circumstances, in exercise of my discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, I am not inclined to issue any direction at this stage except that the State shall take into consideration the matter and decide whether the order

should be implemented or it should not be given effect to, due to nonimplementation for more than two years. 3.
