1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is for appropriate direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner as regards regularization in service is concerned.

2. Contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been working under the respondents as a Part Time Sweeper since 1998 and as such by now the petitioner has put in more than 22 years of service. Therefore, the respondents should consider regularizing the services of the petitioner under respondent no.2.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case of and also entitlement of the petitioner, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents no.1 & 2 to take appropriate decision on the claim for regularization in accordance with the rules and

-2regulations, guidelines and policy governing the filed of regularization at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
