This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court on 22.07.2016 passed in WPS No. 175 of 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though this Court has directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's claim for promotion, till date no decision has been taken.

The order was passed on 22.07.2016. There is no specific time framed, but the order reasonably construed that claim of the petitioner shall be considered as early as possible. At this stage no contempt is made out. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
