Heard on I.A. No.2/2020 which is an application for withdrawal of the instant writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that on the assurance given by
the respondent that the adequate compensation would be paid, the petitioner at this juncture wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to file the same if in future cause of action arises.
