1. Heard counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking relief to direct the respondents to release his salary from March 2018 to July 2018 forthwith.

3. The petitioner is working as Lecturer at Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Ramanujganj.

4. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing the respondent No. 3 that he must decide his representation Annexure P/5 dated 26/04/2018.

5. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is

disposed of with this direction that respondent No.3 shall decide the aforesaid representation Annexure P/5 expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
