1. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the impugned notice shall not be pressed into service against the petitioner because later on, an agreement has been executed under which the petitioner would be continuing till 31st March, 2018.

2. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, the petition, at this stage, is disposed off, placing on record the aforesaid statement and reserving liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to any remedy in case such notice is pressed into service or any other adverse action is taken against him.
