1. The respondents in the case have filed their respective return from which it is reflected that the petitioner's pension case has been finalized and Pension Payment Order (PPO) has already been issued by respondent No.3 on 14.6.2017.

2. Therefore, in these circumstances, when the dispute has now been set at rest and PPO has already been issued, leaving disbursement of the amount to be made in favour of the petitioner, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The rule is, therefore, discharged and the petition is closed.

3. It is expected that the petitioner shall receive the financial benefits soon without further delay.
