This writ petition has been preferred against the order dated 14.07.2018 (Annexure - P/1) passed by the Tahsildar, District Janjgir Champa under Section 248(1) of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (for brevity, 'Code of 1959') 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the impugned order is unsustainable and bad in law and deserves to be set aside. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that the order passed by the Tahsildar is appealable before the Appellate Authority under Section 44(1) of the Code of 1959.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since, the order is appealable before the Appellate Authority under Section 44(1) of the Code of 1959, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to prefer an appeal against the said order in accordance with law. The petitioner may also make an application for grant of interim relief before the said authority. 6.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
