1. In view of the order in Misc. Civil Case No. 591/2016 dated 13.12.2016, I.A. No. 1/2016, which is an application for condonation of delay is disposed off, as not pressed.

2. Heard on M.C.C. which has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.(L) No.192/2016 which got dismissed by virtue of the peremptory order passed by this Court on 12.01.2017.

3. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the M.C.C. is allowed subject to the State depositing cost of Rs. 1500/- in the Account of

Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.

4. Consequent to this Order, if the cost is paid and the receipt of which is enclosed in Writ Petition (L) No. 192/2016, it shall stand restored to its original number.
