Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file an application before the concerned Tahsildar to seek clarification as to whether stay in a case would be applicable in the instant issue in hand.

Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. However, it is made clear that if such application is being filed within a period of 30 days, same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible within a further period of 60 days.
