Prayer for review of order dated 15.03.2017 has been sought to the extent that the direction to consider petitioner's claim for seniority may be clarified with specific reference to petitioner's representation dated 03.12.2016 otherwise it may create confusion.

The order has been passed by this Court in the context of the petitioner's grievance as ventilated in the petition of which document dated 03.12.2016 is also a part. Therefore, it cannot be said that there would be any confusion, however, it is observed that the respondent while considering the petitioner's claim, the contents of representation dated 03.12.2016 shall be taken into consideration. 3.
