1. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking restoration of W.P.(T) No.6766/2007 which got dismissed for want of prosecution vide the order dated 10.03.2017.

2. Taking into consideration the reasons assigned in the Application and finding them to be satisfactory, the M.C.C. is allowed subject to the Applicants depositing cost of Rs. 2000/- in the Account of Chhattisgarh High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.

3. Consequent to this Order, if the cost is paid and the receipt of

which is enclosed in Writ Petition (T) No. 6766/2007, it shall stand restored to its original number.
