1) First bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 30.07.2021 in MCRC No. 3427 of 2021.

2) The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as he was arrested on 18.05.2021 in connection with Crime No.34/2021 for the offence punishable under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station- Seepat, Bilaspur, District- Bilaspur (C.G.).

3) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application as it become infructuous due to conclusion of trial.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.
