Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed inasmuch as the entire retiral dues has been released to the petitioner and nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon.

In the light of the submissions made by the respondents, this petition is disposed of. However, in case if the petitioner is still aggrieved with the amount paid by the respondents, he shall be free to represent before the respondent No.2 bringing out the discrepancy, if any, who in turn, may decide the said representation at the earliest. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
