1. The applicants have preferred this bail application for grant of bail as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.129/2020, registered at Police Station Nagarnaar, Dist. Bastar, for offence punishable under Section 20(B) (II) C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. During patrolling, the police personnel found 21 kgs. of Ganja in possession of the applicants.

3. Learned counsel for the applicants would argue that the applicants are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in the case by the concerned police. According to the learned counsel, the applicants are law abiding and peace loving citizens.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the State, per contra, would oppose the bail application.

5. Having seen the case diary and finding that the applicants have been found to be in illicit possession of 21 kgs. of Granja, which is more than the commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to release the applicants on regular bail.
