Learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press upon this application. However, the applicants' counsel seeks liberty to file repeat application after filing of the charge-sheet and also seeks for issuance of direction to the concerned jail for providing treatment to the applicant No.2, who is suffering from illness in jail. 2.

The present bail application is disposed off as it is not being pressed by the applicants. Liberty for filing repeat application is granted as prayed.

Registry is directed to send a memo to the concerned jail to provide medical treatment to the applicant No.2 regarding him it is informed that he is suffering from illness.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid observations.
