2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's birth certificate is not being issued by the District Registrar (Birth & Deaths).
3. Learned State counsel, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner appears before the authority tomorrow or on any other date adjourned by the said authority not later than seven days from today, along with all the documents, that will be considered and certificate will be granted.

5. In view of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
