Instant petition is filed with a prayer to direct the concerned respondent to make clearance of the bills and amount which was for the items supplied for the tent material on 26/08/2008 when certain function took place wherein Lal Krishna Adwani was the Chief Guest. It is claimed Rs.17,12,135.75 is due to the petitioner according to bill dated 26/08/2008 and 31/08/2008.

Perusal of the pleading would show that entire amount of the claim made they are all of private contract and the bill was of 2008 itself. Since issue appears to be private dispute and the claim made by the petitioner for certain service provided to the respondent prima facie appears to be barred by limitation, therefore I am not inclined to issue

notice.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed at the motion hearing stage itself.
