Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/05/2017 The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by the action of the respondent / Corporation in cancelling the lease of the petitioner in respect of plot No.603/1 and also action of demolition of structure on plot No.593/3. Though number of grounds have been raised in this petition, having found that the action has been taken against the petitioner three years before and the petitioner has not only been dispossessed but certain demolition has already been taken place, I am not inclined to entertain this petition as the petitioner has an
alternative remedy of seeking declaration, damages and appropriate relief by filing a civil suit.
