1. Heard.

2. Though number of grounds have been raised in this petition, after hearing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the petitioner has already approached the appellate authority against the order of eviction, therefore, I am not inclined to entertain this petition in exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3. The petition is, therefore, dismissed. However, leaving open for the petitioner to work out remedy as may be available to him under the law.
