Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that similarly placed part-time sweepers had earlier preferred WPS No.6335 of 2016, which has been disposed of by this Court on 22.11.2016. He would submit that the petitioner may also be permitted to file representation before the competent authority for redressal of her grievances and direction may be issued to the concerned authority to decide the same expeditiously. 3.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to file a representation before the competent authority. If such representation is made by the petitioner within 15 days from today, the competent authority shall consider and decide the same on its own merits and in
accordance with law expeditiously from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to costs.
