1. Heard on application for extension of interim bail.

2. The applicant is presently on temporary bail granted to him by this Court vide order dated 6.11.2020 and duration of the same is going to expire on 6.12.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that as per advise of the expert in Sankar Netralaya, Chennai, the applicant has to undergo surgery of eye, therefore, temporary bail granted earlier be extended for one month.

4. Learned counsel for the State formally opposes the application and submits that the applicant is not entitled for extension of temporary bail which has been granted to him as the document filed does not mention about any advise of surgery by the

Page No.2 concerned doctor. He prays that the application be rejected.

5. I have heard both the parties and perused the documents on record.

6. Considered on the submissions. After perusing the documents filed along with the application in support of the same, the prayer made in the application is allowed. Temporary bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 6.11.2020 is hereby extended for a further period of one month, which shall expire on 6th January, 2021, on the same terms and conditions.

7. In view of above, bail application i.e. MCRC No. 7146/2020, also stands disposed of with liberty to the applicant to file a repeat application after his surrender on completion of duration of temporary bail.
