This writ appeal is dismissed on the ground that the same is not maintainable, specially when the order has been passed in

exercise of power under a criminal writ jurisdiction, such a view has been taken by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well in the case of Ram Kishan Fauji v. State of Haryana, reported in (2017) 5 SCC 533.
