The contesting respondent has entered appearance and file their reply intimating that the Department has already taken a decision to release the amount to the petitioner and that they have sought for sufficient fund from the State Govt. for releasing the same and immediately on receipt of fund, the amount shall be released to the petitioner.

Given the said reply by the contesting respondent and expecting an early releasing of the entire amount to the petitioner, the contempt petition, at this juncture, stands disposed of, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Court in case need so arises. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) JUDGE Khatai
