Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the fact that there was an order of conviction against the Respondent at the first instance by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur, the present application for grant of leave to appeal is allowed. 3.

Accordingly, the Registry of this court is directed to register the present case as a regular Acquittal Appeal.
