Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/12/2016 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 01/12/2016 by which cancelling earlier order of transfer from Dhamtari to Sukma, now the petitioner has been transferred from Dhamtari to Mahasamund. The petitioner reiterated personal ground of ailments. 2.

This is third round of litigation.

The petitioner had raised grounds of personal difficulties including ailments in respect of which, this Court had directed the respondent authorities to decide his representation. The representation of the petitioner appears to have been decided by the respondent by now and instead of sending the petitioner to a remote and difficult station at Sukma, now the transfer order has been amended and he has

been posted at Mahasamund.

The order does not suffer from any illegality or violation of any law. Therefore, no ground of interference is made out. The petition is accordingly dismissed.
