1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the claim of the petitioner so far as second and third time pay scale is concerned on completion of 20 years and 30 years of service respectively.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that even before the petitioners had retired the respondents had issued the circular whereby they had ordered for grant of second and third time scale pay on completion of requisite length of service. Both these petitioners have got the requisite length of service and circular of the State Government also was issued while the petitioners were in service, yet respondents have not calculated the said benefits to the petitioners and have not extended the same till now.
-23. Given the limited grievance that the petitioners has the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to take appropriate decision so far as claim of the petitioner for second and third time pay scale is concerned.
4. Let respondents take a decision on due scrutiny of the entitlement part of the petitioners in terms of the circular governing the field within an outer limit of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
