(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits with liberty to repeat the same after disposal of Criminal Case No.871/2015 by order of this Court dated 12.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.5411/2015.

Criminal Case No.871/2015 and, as such, the second bail application cannot be entertained in terms of para-2 of the order dated 12.10.2015.

(5) The applicant is free to file bail application in terms of para-2 in the order dated 12.10.2015.
