It is submitted that on 08.01.2020 at the direction of the respondent No.4, District Education Officer, the petitioner supplied Tent, Light, Mic, Table & Chair for organization of Inspire Award Programme at Riyan International School, Avanti Vihar, Raipur, scheduled from 12.01.2020 to 13.01.2020. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted the bills of Rs.6,88,009/- before the respondent authorities, which was forwarded by the respondent No.4 to the Director, Public Instructions, however, without any rhyme or reason, the bills are being with held for more than 1 1⁄2 years. Therefore, at this stage,

the only prayer made by the petitioner is that he may be given liberty to make a representation to the respondent authorities to redress his grievance.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the petitioner is given liberty to make representation before the respondent authorities with all necessary documents. If such representation is filed within a period of 4 weeks, the same shall be decided within a further period of 4 months from the date of receipt of such representation.

With such observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
