Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 15/02/2017 Heard.

1. State counsel was granted time on more than one occasions to seek instructions but, till date, no reply has been filed though learned counsel for the State prays for some more time.

2. Taking into consideration that the petitioner had challenged his posting to another school which was to continue only till 20.2.2017, I am not inclined to keep the matter pending any further.

3. This petition is therefore finally disposed off considering that as per the

-2impugned order itself, the petitioner is to continue in the school where she has been posted only till 20.2.2017.
