Taking into consideration that the petitioner having exhausted remedy of appeal before the Division Bench and SLP before the Supreme Court also having dismissed on 05/07/2018, the order passed by this Court is now required to be complied with. Considering that the SLP has been dismissed on 05/07/2018, the petitioner should now proceed to comply with the direction of this Court within a period of three months w.e.f. 05/07/2018.
