1. Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime 523/2016 registered at Police Station- Purani Bhilai, District - Durg (C.G.), for offence punishable under Sections 323, 506(B) of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the persecution is that the present applicant is said to have forcibly taken the victim complainant to a lonely place and put her in confinement and also caused injury on her. Based on which the FIR was lodged subsequently on 06.12.2016.

3. Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there was dispute between the two in respect of some monetary transactions, on account of which she has falsely implicated the present applicant.

4. However, on perusal of the record particularly the statement of the Prosecutrix and also the report of the MLC therein, 13 injuries

having been sustained by the victim, this court is of the opinion that the present is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the MCRCA stands rejected.
