Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order of the Court passed on 30.08.2016 in the writ petition, the respondent has proceeded to issue the list of eligible candidates in which the name of the petitioner though included benefit of seniority has not been given. 2.

The facts that the petitioner's name has been included in the list of eligible candidates show that the order passed by this Court has complied with. This Court did not grant any relief to the petitioner that the benefit of seniority from the original date of appointment should be given to her. Only direction was that even if she is entitled to seniority, for the purposes of eligibility the services rendered by the petitioner prior to transfer should also be taken into consideration.

The contempt petition is dismissed.
