Amanaka Tehsil & District Raipur Chhattisgarh ---- Respondents Shri Vinay Pandey, counsel for the petitioner/s. Shri Ramakant Mishra, Dy.A.G. for the State / respondents 1 to 3. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/05/2017 The petitioners' grievance appear to be based on interference allegedly caused by respondent No.4 in enjoyment of peaceful possession of his own property. It appears that the petitioners have also lodged report to the Superintendent of Police.

In so far as alleged interference on the possession of the property is

concerned, petitioners' remedy lies in filing Civil Suit seeking injunction. If the petitioners feel that any criminal act has been committed by interfering with the possession, the remedy lies in lodging report in the police station. As the petitioners have efficacious remedy under the law, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
