1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.366/2020 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, District Bilaspur for offence under Section 302, 294, 323 and 506 of the IPC.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of eyewitnesses namely, Manisha, wife of the deceased and Sahebin Bai.

3. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
