Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 03/05/2017 The petitioner is a wife of respondent No.4 and has prayed this Court for issuance of direction to the employer of her husband / respondent No.4 to take disciplinary action on the allegation of respondent No.4 bigamous. It appears that the petitioner has already brought it to the notice of the department and it is for the department to decide whether departmental enquiry should be initiated or not.

Leaving it open for the department to apply its own mind on petitioner's complaint, this petition is disposed off.
