(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.465/2014, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. (3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 22.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No.6040/2014.

(4) After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, taking

into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the offence and the material evidence available on record, I do not consider it is a fit case to entertain the second bail application. Consequently, the second bail application is rejected. (5) Certified copy as per rules.
