1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that during pendency of the writ petition possession has been taken over by the respondent-Bank and the petitioner has a remedy to file an application under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter called as 'Act of 2002')

2. The present writ petition is disposed of accordingly. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the remedy available under Section 17 of the Act of 2002.
