1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for grant of patta on the subject land is pending consideration before the Tahsildar, Pratappur since 5-10-2013 and the same is not being decided since then, therefore, the State Government be directed to decide the same expeditiously.

2. The prayer made by counsel for the petitioner is fair and reasonable.

3. The Tahsildar, Pratappur is directed to decide the said application of the petitioner for grant of patta, in accordance with law, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to produce supporting documents, if any, in support of that application.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
