This application under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.111/2020 registered at Police Station - Deepka, District Korba (C.G.) for commission of the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 332, 34, 294, 506-B, 323, 186 and 342 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has been arrested by the police, and as such, the present MCRC(A) has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present MCRC(A) is dismissed as having become infructuous.
