1. Heard.

2. A short grievance involved in this petition appears to be that despite letter dated 12/04/2017, offerig allotment of alternative shop under the existing schemes, the petitioner's case has not been considered by the Corporation.

3. Learned counsel for the Corporation submits that petitioner rushed to this Court and if he approaches the competent authority, the petitioner's claim for allotment shall be considered according to the scheme. In view of the statement made by the Corporation, the matter need not be kept pending and it is disposed off with a direction to the Corporation to decide the petitioner's claim expeditiously as it is a case of rehabilitation by way of settlement.
