Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application on the submission that the applicant would surrender and apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below. He would further submit that in these circumstances, the Court below may be directed to consider and decide the regular bail application on the same date.

In view of submission made above, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that in case, the applicant co-operates with the investigation and upon surrender, apply for grant of regular bail before the Court below, the bail application shall be considered and decided by the trial Court not later than three days .
