At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Cr.M.P. without any appreciation on its merits reserving liberty to file a Compliant Case against respondent 3 under Chapter XV of the Cr.P.C. and other relevant provisions of law. Further prayed that while considering the said Complaint, the impugned order dated 20.11.2015 shall not come in the way and the said Complaint Case may be appreciated on merits of the said Complaint Case and also along with the strength of material facts and law applied.

The instant Cr.M.P. is disposed of as withdrawn without any
appreciation on its merits reserving the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner.

Needless to mention that while appreciating the said Complaint Case for further proceedings, the impugned order dated 20.11.2015 shall not come in the way.

The petition is disposed of.
