1. Learned counsel for respondent No.5 submits that in the matter of payment of dues to the petitioner, the steps have now been taken to ensure disbursement of amount due and payable to the petitioner. It is submitted that the amount shall be disbursed to the petitioner at the earliest.

2. After going through the reply on affidavit and the documents which have been placed on record, I find that the steps have been taken and the main operative reason for non-payment to the petitioner, was nonavailability of fund.

3. Be that as it may, considering that now the proceedings have been initiated and arrangement for making payment has been made.

4. It is expected that the entire payment shall be released to the petitioner within an outer limit of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. The petition is disposed off with liberty to revive, in case, the payments are not made.
