1. From perusal of the report of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Durg, dated 19/07/2019, it appears that learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made incorrect statement before this Court on the date of last hearing of this case i.e. on 10/07/2019, that evidence

of complainant has concluded, yet matter is not being heard by the trial Court as still complainant's evidence has to be recorded.

2. Since, learned counsel for the petitioner has made incorrect statement before this Court, this Court is not inclined to give direction for early disposal of the complaint case, this writ petition stands dismissed. No direction is required for early hearing of the complaint case No. 0007054/2015.
