It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that an application under Section 13 (B) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed by the petitioner on 21.05.2020, but till date the application has not been registered neither any proceeding has been taken up. 2.

Considered on the submissions. As the normal functioning of the Courts are suspended by the decision of the High Court itself, therefore, any Court can not be ordered to take up the

Page No.2 proceeding and pass order on the same as that will affect adversely the decision taken by the High Court. However, on the basis of the submissions made, this petition is disposed off and it is ordered that the learned Family Court should register the case and thereafter take up the proceeding as soon as the normal functioning of the Courts are restored by the orders of the High Court and also dispose of the same as early as possible. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed off.
