2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petition filed by the petitioner was disposed off vide order dated 22/02/2017 with a direction to the respondent to decide the petitioner's application for grant of Regular Inter State Carriage Permit of particular route. He further submits that even though the order exists, till date the respondent not decided the petitioner's application, therefore, in these circumstance a time bound direction may be issued in furtherance of direction earlier.
